Törngren Magnell has advised Litorina IV in the financing of the acquisition of Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik Group AB (SKT). The financing consists inter alia of senior credit facilities from SEB.

SKT has a market leading position in the Nordic market for tailored pressure sewage systems. The company has revenues of approximately SEK 150 million, of which 65 percent in Sweden and the remaining share in the other Nordic countries.
