Törngren Magnell has assisted Priveq Investment Fund IV L.P. in the financing of their acquisition of a majority stake in Smoke Free Systems through a newly formed holding company. Smoke Free Systems is one of the world’s leading niche players for protection from passive smoking, with a turnover of approx. SEK 200 million. Partner in charge was Sara Axelsson, assisted by Michaela Wallér.
