Törngren Magnell has assisted Priveq Investment Fund IV L.P. in the financing of their acquisition of a majority stake in Smoke Free Systems through a newly formed holding company. Smoke Free Systems is one of the world’s leading niche players for protection from passive smoking, with a turnover of approx. SEK 200 million. Törngren Magnell has advised Bengtsson Hansen Allservice AB in connection with a sale and lease back transaction with Corem Property Group AB (publ).
The property which mainly consists of logistics- and office space is situated in Järfälla, Veddesta industrial area and covers about 5,000 square meters.

Törngren Magnell has advised Litorina IV in the financing of the acquisition of Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik Group AB (SKT). The financing consists inter alia of senior credit facilities from SEB.
SKT has a market leading position in the Nordic market for tailored pressure sewage systems. The company has revenues of approximately SEK 150 million, of which 65 percent in Sweden and the remaining share in the other Nordic countries.

Törngren Magnell has advised MVI Finance Ltd. which, together with a group of private investors, has invested in Nordic E-Commerce Group AB.
Nordic E-commerce Group is an e-commerce company mainly operating in the Nordic region. The group consists of two web stores, NordicInk (www.nordicink.se) which sells ink and toners and NordicFeel (www.nordicfeel.se) which sells perfumes and beauty products.
MVI Finance Ltd. is an investment network focusing on mid-sized companies in the Nordic region.

Following the decision by the Swedish Competition Authorities to approve Arla’s acquisition of the business of Milko, Peter Törngren has been appointed as liquidator for Milko. Peter Törngren shall be responsible for the wind down of Milko and ensure that the surplus will be shifted the association’s more than 600 members.
Törngren Magnell has advised the owners of Sharp Center Västerbotten, the region’s leading supplier of document handling solutions, IT and telephony services, in connection with the sale of the company to Sharp Electronics (Nordic) AB. The company has some 40 employees at offices in Umeå and Skellefteå and was named 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year in Umeå. The company was owned by the founders Thomas Olovsson and Tomas Westman together with the investment company Ekström Management & Investment.

Törngren Magnell has advised the owner of Wintech, a contract manufacturer with activities in Sweden and Estonia, in connection with the sale of the company to Leab Group, one of Sweden’s leading electronics contract manufacturers. Wintech has 145 employees and an annual turnover of SEK 120 million.
