Törngren Magnell assisted Glitnir Property Holding AS in its acquisition of 91% of the outstanding shares in the Swedish real estate adviser Leimdörfer.

Törngren Magnell has acted for AB Swedcarrier on its sale of SweMaint AB to Kockums Industrier. The transaction value amounted to approximately SEK 167 million, just over SEK 88 million of which was paid as consideration for the shares and the balance through assumption of the company’s net debt.

In connection with the issue of new shares by XCounter AB, Törngren Magnell has assisted its principal owner HealthCap. The gross proceeds of the issue amounted to GBP 15 million. The new shares have been admitted for trading on AIM in London.

Törngren Magnell celebrated its first anniversary on Thursday 24 May. More than a hundred clients, colleagues and friends gathered at our premises to mingle and enjoy food and drinks, listening to soft jazz music.

Törngren Magnell was appointed legal examinator of Björn Borg AB in connection with its listing on OMX Nordic Exchange in April 2007. The market capitalization of the company amounted to SEK 3 billion.

Törngren Magnell assisted TracTechnology AB during February – March 2007 in the acquisition of Svenska Tidssystem AB and its public offering of new shares. The shares have been admitted to trading at AktieTorget.
