Törngren Magnell has assisted Jernhusen in the sale of the property Kungsbrohuset in central Stockholm. The buyer was Folksam and the purchase price amounted to SEK 2.1 billion. The property comprises app. 26,400 sqm office premises.

Jernhusen owns, manages and develops a property portfolio of stations, offices and workshops along the Swedish railway. Jernhusen is wholly owned by the Swedish state.

Responsible partner was Jens Haneklint assisted by Katrin Frick.

Törngren Magnell has assisted TradeTech Consulting Scandinavia AB in connection with the acquisition of NFS Group AB and its Dutch subsidiary NFS Group B.V.

TradeTech Consulting Scandinavia AB provides consultancy services to financial institutions in areas such as treasury, wealth management and capital markets. The company also offers sourcing solutions for entire functions or systems.

NFS Group AB is a management consulting company that provides services to financial institutions in the areas treasury and wealth management.

On 16 April 2012, Jan Lombach joined Advokatfirman Törngren Magnell as partner. Prior to joining Törngren Magnell, Jan Lombach has been a partner with White & Case LLP since January 2009. While at White & Case, Jan Lombach built and headed the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets departments of the White & Case Stockholm office. Prior to January 2009, Jan Lombach was as partner at Advokatfirman Vinge, where he established and led the firm’s equity capital markets department for several years.

Jan Lombach’s solid experience and competence will further strengthen Törngren Magnell’s strong position in banking and finance, capital markets and company law. Törngren Magnell is one of Sweden’s leading law firms within these practice areas.

Törngren Magnell has advised Litorina IV in the financing of the acquisition of Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik Group AB (SKT). The financing consists inter alia of senior credit facilities from SEB.

SKT has a market leading position in the Nordic market for tailored pressure sewage systems. The company has revenues of approximately SEK 150 million, of which 65 percent in Sweden and the remaining share in the other Nordic countries.
