Törngren Magnell has advised myFC in connection with a rights issue

Törngren Magnell has advised myFC Holding AB (publ) with a MSEK 40 issue of shares and warrants (“Units”). myFC Holding AB (publ) is a Swedish company that is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of micro-fuel cell systems used to charge battery-powered mobile units and electric vehicles.

The rights issue was carried out to be able to utilize the vehicle industry’s significant interest in the company’s REX-system. With myFC’s fuel cells, the automotive industry can produce more cars on the same amount of batteries, which more quickly meets both government and consumer requirements and achieves lower carbon dioxide emissions and longer range. In addition, the rights issue will help intensify sales of the company’s fuel cells that charge batteries for smartphones. This is done by integrating the fuel cells directly into smartphones (LAMINA MAX), through smart shells for smartphones (LAMINA INcase) and through the company’s power bank JAQ Hybrid.

Törngren Magnell’s team consisted of Sandra Broneus (Partner), Sebastian Hellesnes (Associate), Hanna Hillgren (Associate) and Matilde Abejón (Associate).
