Törngren Magnell has assisted Bokoop with the divestment of cooperative tenancies in Nykvarn to Trenum

Törngren Magnell has assisted Bokoop with the divestment of a real estate development project in Nykvarn, comprising of several housing units with a total of 145 cooperative tenancies. Bookoop is a housing cooperative aiming to create socially and environmentally sustainable housing for young adults. Trenum, jointly owned by Tredje AP-fonden and Balder, is the buyer and financer of the project. In connection with the divestment, Bokoop also entered into a long lease agreement (Swe. blockhyresavtal) for 25 years with Trenum concerning the cooperative tenancies.

Törngren Magnell has acted as adviser through the entire project, which has included complex issues relating to inter alia tenancy law, association law and construction law. For more information, please see press release.
